Refund Policy
At Pinkmono, we offer a 14-day return window — meaning you have 14 days from the date your order arrives to request a return.
To qualify, your item must be in the same condition it was received: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Items with a removed tag or signs of wear cannot be accepted. Please also provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your parcel.
Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if your item is defective, damaged, or if you’ve received the wrong product. We’ll review the issue and make things right as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping Fee Notice
In most cases, customers are responsible for paying a return shipping fee.
This typically applies to returns made due to a change of mind, incorrect sizing purchase, or non-defective items.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to place a new order once your return has been approved and processed.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For customers in the European Union:
You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt — for any reason and without explanation.
As with our standard policy, returned items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
